Job Description
- Lead and coordinate onsite IT support across multiple EMEA locations, ensuring consistent service quality and user experience.
- Own and standardise onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and workplace IT processes across the region.
- Act as escalation point for complex user issues, operational blockers, and workplace technology incidents.
- Drive process standardisation across support workflows, device lifecycle, and office IT operations.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, scripting, and self-service solutions.
- Partner with Security and Identity teams to ensure compliant access and lifecycle management.
- Maintain visibility on support performance (tickets, onboarding SLAs, recurring issues, asset status).
- Support office expansions, relocations, and rollout of workplace technologies across EMEA.
