Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose hardware and software failures, and provide effective solutions.
- Implement security policies, updates, patches, and firewalls to safeguard IT systems.
- Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection activities.
- Support cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
