Responsibilities
- Review of Critical Infrastructure Contracts Lead legal review and negotiation of B2B partnership agreements, including those with card networks (e.g., Mastercard), cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS), banking partners, and KYC/AML solution providers (e.g., Concéadus). Ensure alignment with Bybit’s commercial and operational requirements.
- Legal Advisory to Business Units Provide legal guidance to the Cards and Growth business units on regulatory and commercial risks associated with infrastructure and partnership deals. Propose risk-based solutions to support timely deal execution while protecting Bybit’s legal interests.
- Infrastructure Due Diligence Conduct legal due diligence on prospective infrastructure partners to assess their ability to meet contractual obligations, particularly around key representations, warranties, and service capabilities.
