Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support infrastructure-level operations, maintenance, and integration tasks for cybersecurity platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and secure connectivity
- Maintain backend systems and integrations for SIEM, EDR, DLP, SOAR, cloud platforms, and Active Directory.
- Assist in deployment and release activities for infrastructure components.
- Assist in infrastructure integration efforts and connectivity configurations.
- Perform system updates, backups, and monitoring of resource utilization and uptime. Support upgrades (OS/firmware), backup processes, and failover testing.
- Collaborate with Application and Service teams during deployments and upgrades.
- Contribute to regular reporting on infrastructure health, connectivity status, and platform performance across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.
