About the Role
Harvey Nash's utilities sector client is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support a significant infrastructure insourcing programme, with an initial focus on discovery and documentation of the existing infrastructure estate, followed by hands‑on support across Business As Usual (BAU) operations and project delivery.
The role will cover a broad set of infrastructure technologies including Windows and Linux platforms, virtualisation, monitoring, end user services, and security tooling. The successful candidate will play a key role in capturing knowledge from incumbent suppliers, supporting the transition to an in‑house operating model, and contributing to the ongoing stability, security, and evolution of the platform estate.
