Job Description
Infratructure Engineer / Technical Analyst | Level 2 and above | (with systems & firewall experience)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5-days workweek)
Location: Roaming based on request. (Singapore)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month
Probation Period: 6 months (can be shortened based on performance)
Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver Tier 2 technical support through the service desk, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
Deploy, configure, and administer servers and core services such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS
Oversee and maintain firewall and network security configurations (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto) to ensure system integrity and protection
Manage and support backup solutions and disaster recovery processes to safeguard organizational data
