**Application** **Developer Associate Advisor**
Full-stack AI developer building intelligent automation and AI-powered platforms for the DPA COE. This role does NOT require BPM/Pega knowledge — it's for a strong software engineer who owns features end-to-end (backend APIs, frontend UIs, database design, cloud infrastructure) and integrates LLMs into production applications. You'll work hands-on across the team's full portfolio: RAG platforms, license management systems, deployment automation, and emerging AI initiatives. AI is not a nice-to-have here — it is how this team builds, operates, and evolves.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain features across all COE applications:
o **RAG Platform** — lead development on the multi-tenant enterprise knowledge system (FastAPI + React + LangChain + Azure AI Search + PostgreSQL)
o **FLAC** — enhance the license forecasting platform with AI-powered features (FastAPI + React + PostgreSQL)
