HIH – Infrastructure Engineering Associate Advisor
The Associate Advisor role will report to the Mainframe IMS team and serves as the technical authority for IMS within the enterprise. This role is responsible for the design, day‑to‑day stability, and long‑term health of IMS environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, performance, and recovery. The position covers the full IMS stack, including DB/DC, TM, Connect, DBRC and RECON management and the supporting subsystems required to run IMS reliably in a large production environment.
This position has direct responsibility for ensuring IMS platforms are available, resilient, and recoverable. That includes ownership of high‑availability and disaster recovery capabilities, performance tuning, capacity planning, and hands‑on involvement in complex incidents and outages.
