In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice, draft and negotiate financing documentation, and manage multi-jurisdictional deals. Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on infrastructure finance transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex financing arrangements.
- Draft, negotiate, and review documentation such as loan agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary documents.
