The Infrastructure and Facilities Lead serves as a partner to the chief operating officer, providing the high-level support and operational leadership necessary to achieve an environment where students and staff thrive. The role ensures the seamless maintenance and development of the physical campus while safeguarding a robust digital ecosystem, encompassing Last Mile connectivity and the reliable availability of core platforms such as Google Workspace, Moodle, Zoom, LMS, and the SIS. By managing IT support and facilities teams and maintaining a meticulous asset register, this position integrates stable technical infrastructure with high-quality physical spaces to deliver a superior institutional experience.
