Project Manager – Infrastructure Responsibilities:- Manage infrastructure needs in relation to the implementation of new ICT systems and the ongoing management of existing ones across on-premises, GCC, and GCC+ environments.
- Facilitate project activities to ensure smooth system rollout and operations; Oversee the change management process for system deployment and operations.
- Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors and suppliers, including tracking deliverable timelines, identifying delays, and escalating issues where necessary.
- Manage infrastructure development and maintenance issues in collaboration with internal users and external suppliers.
- Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with stakeholders, and understand their requirements.
