Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of project budgets.
- Monitoring of production, costs, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Analysis of variances and review of monthly closings.
- Control of procurement and payment processes.
- Financial auditing of projects.
- Executive reporting to Senior Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Controller in construction and/or services.
- At least 5 years of operational experience on-site or in services.
- Solid experience in project financial control.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
