We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to support and evolve our IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) platform running on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA). This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of a modern enterprise automation platform that underpins key business processes across the organization. You will work closely with platform engineers, application teams, and cloud providers to deliver a stable and high-performing environment.
What You Will Do Platform Operations & Support
Maintain and support CP4BA platform components including FileNet, Workflow (BAW), Decision Services (ODM), and supporting operators
Monitor platform health and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability across Dev, UAT, and Production
Troubleshoot issues related to containerized workloads, pod failures, and platform performance
