Job Summary
:Bechtel is currently looking for an Infrastructure Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in North America. This person will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for combined cycle power generation projects across all functions including engineering, construction, commissioning, supply chain, and project controls. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, project leadership, HR business partners, and workforce planning teams to identify, attract, and hire highly qualified talent for domestic combined cycle projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the power generation industry, particularly combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) facilities, and experience recruiting for complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments.
