Job Summary
The Senior Associate Manufacturing Engineer is a leadership role responsible for supporting manufacturing processes and optimizing production efficiency. This position involves assisting in the design and improvement of manufacturing processing, troubleshooting complex production issues, and contributing to process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train and develop manufacturing support teams to establish and ensure top level performance.
- Lead the implementation of LEAN Manufacturing principles throughout the manufacturing process.
- Contribute to and assist with Continuous Improvement/Kaizen activities throughout the plant.
- Prioritize, manage, and resolve manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling and maintenance problems in real-time to ensure the best outcomes for customers and the business.
