- Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.
- Must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations.
- Must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people.
- Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and related software.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks.
