Job Description
You will join a multidisciplinary team supporting the coordination and execution of international defence projects, ensuring milestone compliance, alignment with contractual requirements, and effective collaboration across consortium partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting project planning, monitoring, and control (schedule, costs, risks, and deliverables). Coordinating with internal technical teams and international partners. Preparing and reviewing technical and management documentation (reports, deliverables, minutes). Supporting requirements tracking and configuration management activities. Assisting in project reviews and meetings with institutional clients (European Commission, EDA, MoD). Contributing to proposal preparation for new defence programs.
