Tap Growth ai in Penang is seeking a Molding Process Engineer to develop and optimize injection molding processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams, analyze molding issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering, with 2-5+ years of experience in injection molding. Proficiency in Mandarin and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques are essential.
Salary is up to RM 7,000 per month.
