Job Summary
Responsible for providing support in ensuring that project objectives for the Experience Design practice are met. A Senior Associate is expected to provide guidance and supervision to their designated staff during a project.
General Capabilities:
- Analyze issues by performing root cause analysis and creative thinking
- Learn new technologies, and industry trends
- Study the client’s systems and its functionalities to design the to-be process and identify improvement points
- Assist in the achievement of project objectives and work closely with the manager to ensure outcomes consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Develop a comprehensive understanding of leading industry standards and best practices, applying them as benchmarks for successful client engagements.
