Job Description
The Specialist, Supply Chain Operations is a position responsible for all aspects of the warehouse for all Customers. The Specialist is responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The Specialist identifies opportunities for operational excellence as per the KPIs and SLAs put down by the management.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To Lead and manage multiple large scale & complex warehouse & distribution operations for multiple customers.Review and management of Revenue & Expense of operationsReview of Operation status with customers & management on a timely and regular basisProvide management report on operation status and budget figures.Responsible for providing cost effective services (warehousing & distributions) to customers as per agreed service level/KPI.Responsible for conducting operational reviews with vendors and customers, providing billing details & provisions, operational ef...
