As an Inside Account Manager (IAM), you will own the post-purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring orders are executed with speed, accuracy, and discipline from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and collections. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after a PO is received, driving clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliable follow-through.
