Seafood Wholesalers is a seafood wholesale company located in Houston, TX, serving customers locally and nationally. We are looking for a bilingual candidate with positive can-do attitude to be part of our Sales Department!
The role of the Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Calling customers (existing/new) for daily orders of products
- Serve as a liaison between the merchandiser, customer, and the operations department
- Be part of the sales and operations meetings
- Provide customer service by answering inbound calls and emails, professionally
- Support the Business Development Managers on orders to ensure accuracy
- Update price sheets and marketing flyers to send out to customerMaintain price reports, inventory reports, and return reports daily
