About the Role
This is an internally focused role where you will support the sales team while building the core skills required to manage your own customer portfolio. In your first 3–5 months, the focus is on learning the business, systems, and sales processes. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, support customer activity, and build confidence in managing enquiries, quotes, and day to day account coordination. You will begin taking ownership of a targeted group of customers, establishing regular contact, identifying growth opportunities, and driving repeat business within an existing account base.
