About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our inside sales team. This role is the engine of our revenue pipeline — you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients in the US/global market, with a focus on IT staffing and workforce solutions. You will work closely with senior account managers and leadership to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients (hiring managers, procurement leads, HR directors, C-suite contacts) through LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and industry databases.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads across target verticals (government, healthcare, financial services, technology, utilities).
