Key Tasks

  • Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our data digital marketing team, also developing your own pipeline of customers
  • Managing new and existing customer accounts
  • Developing sales opportunities
  • Cross selling between verticals
  • Selling service cover for existing equipment
  • Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPI’s set within the contact centre
  • Knowledge and Skills  (what you know and what you can do)
