Job Description
Job scope:
- Respond to assigned leads via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours, understanding client requirements and recommending suitable products/services
- Conduct sales pitches and prepare quotations aligned with client needs
- Coordinate with stakeholders on design/artwork mock-ups for client approval prior to production
- Submit sales orders to production team and ensure smooth order processing
- Provide production updates and ensure timely delivery of finished products
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals through quality service
- Manage existing accounts and support new client acquisition through outreach and lead generation
