Job Description
– Focal person for receiving the enquiries from Oil and Gas customers, such as ADNOC, and process with respective suppliers.
– Recording enquiries/orders. (manual and electronic).
– Follow up on enquiries and get the quotation from suppliers and manufacturers (local and international).
– Monitoring closing dates of each Tender and ensure receiving offers from suppliers and manufacturers before the closing date/time to be able to submit the offers on time.
– Responding Expression of interests received from customers within the closing date/time through the client’s portals, such as ARIBA.
– Initiating extension of closing date request to customers.
– Coordination with supplier and customer for any pre-bid clarification.
– Must have experience in using the Ariba portals.
