Job Description
**Job Summary:**
Join our Middle East and Africa team as Inside Sales Engineer who will independently create quotations for Customers and ensure requests are handled at a high quality, accurately and in time. The role will collaborate closely with the Sales Offices and the Regional Sales Teams to address daily inquiries effectively.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Review Project Specifications and Technical specifications, understand customer requirements through conference calls with customer/Sales office/Local Business Partners.
+ Prepare Technical, Commercial Quote and Technical deviations list.
+ Proactive follow-up of quotations with customers as agreed with the Sales team verify if the submitted quote aligns with their requirements.
+ Answer customer questions, both technical and commercial.
+ Ensure resultant purchase orders are clean and in line with quotation /agreed terms & conditions.
