Job Purpose:
To drive recurring revenue and customer retention by proactively managing renewal contracts and promoting annuity-based solutions through effective inside sales engagement.
Responsibilities:
Drives sales of resold services such as support renewals, extended warranty, subscriptions and etc.Proactively manage the renewal pipeline, ensuring on‑time renewals to prevent lapses.Works with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities by up‑selling and cross‑selling.Meet or exceed assigned sales target.Performs reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including quotes, bookings and billing.Engage customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, to convey the benefits of our services and the prices thereof.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
