As a Recovery Expert, you are the final link between customer interest and a successful sale. You will engage with Hot Leads customers who added items to their cart but stopped short of paying, to resolve their hesitation and complete the transaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Rapid Engagement: Contact high-intent customers/ leads who abandoned their checkout within defined SLAs.
- Friction Diagnosis: Understand specific reasons for abandonment (e.g., payment failure, price hesit...
