Job Description
Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers
Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts
Attend surveys to determine more complex needs
Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.
Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation
Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers
Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
3 years of experience in security system would be an advantage. No prior sales experience is required if he/she has security technology knowledge
Mature and meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
