Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Planning and executing cold outreach in the form ofmessages and calls to attract new leads.
  • Reaching out to prospects through calls or messages toassess their needs.
  • Nurturing the leads, following up with them, andunderstanding their issues inside out.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes withinschedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and otherdepartments.
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and statusreports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs,problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products andservices.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
