Synopsis

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Officer to join our commercial team. This role plays a critical part in driving early-stage sales activity, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and converting them into revenue-generating accounts.

 

Accountabilities

  • Drive new business generation through outbound prospecting (calls, email, virtual channels)
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities and active accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of low-touch B2B accounts, driving activation, engagement, and upsell
  • Execute structured outreach campaigns across multiple lead sources (events, referrals, dormant accounts, web enquiries)
  • Deliver against key KPIs including:
    • Lead response time
    • Conversion ratios
    • Revenue per account
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate activity tracking and pipeline data
