Job Description

Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada 
Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST

We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 3 days per week.

Role Summary
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales and satisfaction for a combination of Spa Partners within North America. You will nurture new and existing Spa Partner relationships and manage the accounts from our Vancouver Central Office. You will also conduct daily outbound sales calls to discuss sales trends and sales results, provide expert knowledge of products and promotions, and deliver key support and communications. In this role, you will be reporting to the Sales Team Lead.
