Monitor customer needs to offer opportunities for new products and services.
- Monitor the level of satisfaction of strategically important customers, visiting them frequently and developing actions for their qualification and maintenance.
- Actively participate in market events, such as: fairs, congresses, workshops, seminars, publication of articles, etc., with the objective of promoting and strengthening the PerkinElmer brand.
- Promote the sale of the company's supplies and services.
- Keep up to date on the company's products and those of the competition.
- Develop new customers in strategic or unusual markets.
- Identify in your customer portfolio those customers that are common among other areas of the company, such as:, Food, Applied Market, and Services, in order to establish a standardized communication and the same pricing strategy, contracts and technical support, among others;
