Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through inbound and outbound methods
- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales conversations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide timely and accurate product information
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate
- Minimum of 2 years combined experience in sales and customer care (CCE)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
