Job Description

The Service Inside Sales is responsible for driving service revenue growth through effective contract management and proactive customer engagement. This role delivers significant impact by ensuring timely contract renewals, identifying revenue opportunities, and enabling consistent service product penetration across accounts.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Service and is part of the Service Sales located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Act as the primary point of contact for all service contract-related queries, supporting customers with commercial requests and issue resolution

+ Own end-to-end service contract processes including quoting, negotiation, PO processing, renewals, and system updates
