Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle the entire Telesales for the NIC base, including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales and Marketing Head
- Identify new sales opportunities within the NIC base and actively pursue growth of assigned territories.
- Upsell and cross-sell medical supplies and related product lines to existing customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with NIC customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat orders and enhance customer loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Hybrid Sales Activities
