- Contact and manage existing customers via phone, email, Line, or online meetings
- Introduce and explain products or services to customers
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on sales activities
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Outside Sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams
- Follow up on payment status and handle basic customer issues
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in systems - Any tasks assigned by manager and management
Job Requirement
- At least 2 year experience in sales from trading or Automotive company
- Business level of English (required TOEIC at least 750) , to communicate with customers and management - Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table)
