The Sales Designer - Bang & Olufsen is responsible for managing daily store operations, delivering exceptional client service, and driving sales through in-store consultations, cold calling, and client sourcing. The role includes assisting customers with product integration into their spaces, coordinating site inspections and repairs, and maintaining accurate monthly inventory. This position ensures a seamless end-to-end customer experience while upholding the brand’s standards in both the Shangri-La and Rockwell locations.
Qualifications
- Skilled in using design tools for layout planning and system integration.
- Knowledgeable in Bang & Olufsen product features, technology, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling ability.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of design aesthetics.
