MACHINEBANKS’ CORPORATION (Industrial Company)
Office Location: 482 Gregorio Araneta Ave., Quezon City
Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Answer customer inquiries and prepare price quotations
- Create and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle rush order requests and review pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and product needs
- Check and respond to incoming emails and customer concerns promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
