JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inside Sales Representative/Counter Sales Representative is responsible for providing first-class service to our customers, while driving revenue and building client relationships through walk ins, phone, email and online channels. Key responsibilities include lead generation, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare sales orders/sales quotes
- Assist walk-in customers
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, manage phone systems and phone line
