Our client, a full‑service, multi‑office law firm highly ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is looking to strengthen its litigation offering with the appointment of an associate in Central London.

Insolvency department sits within the commercial litigation team, comprising several members in multiple locations. Clients include officeholders and other stakeholders such as lenders, directors, shareholders and investors. The team has the depth and expertise to conduct heavyweight litigation and to obtain recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings in the UK, as well as UK insolvency proceedings overseas.
