The Inspector of Works is responsible for the site-level technical surveillance of civil, structural, and architectural works. The primary goal is to ensure the contractor adheres to the Three Pillars: Approved Drawings, Technical Specifications, and Quality Standards (e.g., Q-LASSIC / CONQUAS).
1. Technical Surveillance & Quality Control
