Job Description
Aldar Education is currently seeking an Homeroom Teacher Grade 1 to 5 at Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School (ABO) in Abu Dhabi for Academic Year 2025 – 2026.
ABO follows the US (AERO) Curriculum and is a large and thriving Charter School, with @ 1550 students, from KG1 to Grade 5. The ABO aim is to be an inclusive, collaborative, student centred school, to constantly develop staff, to develop stakeholder voice and to keep evolving in our practice, so demonstrating a change agent attitude.
The successful candidate must have a secure knowledge of teaching and learning and a track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards and plug gaps in learning. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of facilitating targeted learning, through a differentiated, inclusive classroom, with independent, student led learning being at the heart of all that they do.
