Fintech Futuro is hiring an Instagram Growth Lead (Spanish-speaking). This is not “social media manager” role. We are relaunching a personal finance media brand around a completely new philosophy: net worth, financial clarity, behavioral finance, and long-term wealth building. We’re looking for someone obsessed with Instagram: Reels, hooks, collaborations, stories, carousels, growth strategy, creator partnerships, distribution, engagement, funnels, and content psychology. You would help lead the reintroduction of the brand and shape how we explain concepts like: • Why income alone means nothing • Why net worth matters more • Why financial decisions should be based on math, not emotion • How money diaries, transparency, and behavioral finance can change financial behavior You would work directly with: • the founder • our designer inside Figma • paid advertising strategy • content funnels tied to our products and media ecosystem This role is for someone who: • lives and breathes Instagra...
