Role Overview
The Installation & Service Team Leader is responsible for supporting the day-to-day leadership and operation of the irrigation team, including installations, service, and maintenance across residential, commercial, and golf properties.
This role operates as a self-managed, revenue-generating unit, accountable for productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and field-generated revenue.
