Installation Quality Coordinator (m/f/d)

TASKS:- Oversee and enforce strict adherence to all Installation Quality procedures across the region’s projects, including Start-Up Audits, QASL, Non Conformity management, and Change Mgmt
- Continuously monitor the performance of all sites in the region, lead follow-up meetings, and report KPIs, monthly summaries, incidents, and findings to the relevant stakeholders
- Drive internal improvement projects, gather on-site feedback, and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, SQA, and other teams to solve deviations and strengthen weak points
- Provide on-site training for new Quality Leads, guide them in the correct application of Installation Quality processes, and deliver other quality-related trainings
