The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and have 2–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, managing customer feedback, and driving continuous improvements in service quality to meet operational goals and customer expectations. Candidates with experience in ELV/security systems are preferred.
