The suitable candidate will be required to provide remote Installation and technical support services to the company's Installers and customer on their VSAT services and any other of their Connectivity solutions if needed.

- End to end process of assisting Installers to ensure that they installed the required equipment as per the company Standard.
- Assisting Customers with First Line Support Issues on all our Connectivity solutions if required.
